About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead and manage our key social media accounts for our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the regional market.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop strategic social media campaigns to meet client objectives
- Lead client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators
- Monitor account performance, analyse metrics, and optimise strategies
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client industries and regional trends
- Collaborate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to clients
About You:
The Essentials:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Proven leadership experience as an Account Director or similar role
- Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regional social media landscape
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with international brands
- Knowledge of Arabic culture and consumer behaviour
