単に「広告」をディレクションするのではなく、高精度なバーチャルプロダクションや生成AIコンテンツ、インタラクティブなプラットフォーム体験に至るまで、グローバルなデジタルアセットのエコシステム全体を統括します。ブエノスアイレス、ヒルフェルスム、ロサンゼルスなど世界各地で制作されるすべてのアセットが、クライアントのブランドに整合するよう、ボーダーレスなクリエイティブチームをリードしていただきます。
業務内容
- 生成AIツール（Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、Adobe Firefly、Monks独自ツール）の導入・活用をリードし、アセット制作の効率化を推進
- 高品質な3D／CGIアセットおよびバーチャルフォトグラフィの制作を統括
- グローバルに分散したクリエイティブチームをディレクションし、「フォロー・ザ・サン」型の制作体制において、24時間体制で世界水準のクオリティを維持
- 大規模展開を可能にするクリエイティブフレームワークを設計し、グローバルキャンペーンを50以上の市場へ効率的にローカライズ（テンプレート化やAIによるバージョン展開を活用）
- 細部にまで妥協しないクオリティ管理を行い、ブランドのビジュアルアイデンティティや各地域の文化的ニュアンスを尊重したアウトプットを実現
- 日本におけるクライアントのマーケティングおよびR&Dチームにとっての主要なクリエイティブパートナーとして機能し、先進的かつ複雑なアイデアを明確かつ情熱的に伝える
- クライアントの哲学を現代的なデジタルストーリーテリングへと翻訳し、グローバルなオーディエンスに響く表現へ昇華
- 従来型の制作モデルからAI統合型ワークフローへの移行をリードし、透明性と高い品質を通じて信頼関係を構築
応募要件
- 10年以上のクリエイティブリーダーシップ経験を有し、大胆なコンセプト設計と高品質なデジタル制作の両方を示すポートフォリオ
- 日常業務におけるAI活用の豊富な経験（プロンプト設計、ブランドスタイルに基づくモデルのトレーニング、AIによるクリエイティブ強化などへの理解）
- 日本語および英語での流暢なコミュニケーション能力（青山での役員会議から、ベルリンの3DアーティストとのDiscordでのブレインストーミングまで対応可能）
- Unreal Engine、Unity、API連携といった技術領域について、カラーパレットやタイポグラフィと同様に自然に議論できる能力
- 自動車業界およびテック業界のクライアントとの業務経験があれば尚可
