Senior Content Creator
A social-first creative/editorial profile who understands entertainment, fandom and Brazilian culture, and can translate those into relevant ideas for our brands and titles.
- Develops Always On ideas across copy, static and video based on the approved editorial and brand strategy.
- Translates brand positioning, tone of voice and franchise guidelines into culturally relevant Brazilian content.
- Understands entertainment audiences and fandom behaviors, identifying the conversations and cultural moments where our brands can participate naturally.
- Identifies trends and reactive opportunities, but understands when and why a brand should participate, rather than simply following trends.
- Partners closely with Strategy, Creative, Design, AV and Community Management to turn insights into strong social ideas.
- Brings proactive ideas to the table and helps evolve the editorial calendar beyond promotional content.
- Manages the content creation workflow in Monday, including uploads, tagging and asset organization during the creation phase.
- Owns feedback follow-up and final asset validation before publishing.
Requirements:
- Genuine understanding of social + entertainment;
- Autonomy and good judgment;
- Advanced English
