About the Role
Be at the forefront of a major digital launch! We are seeking a highly creative and culturally-attuned Freelance Social Media Content Creator to help launch and grow the client's new social media presence on Instagram and YouTube.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of the client's AI for a new generation. Your mission will be to create compelling, native, and trend-driven content that positions the client’s AI model as the go-to creative and productivity tool for German Gen Z. If you live and breathe German internet culture and are passionate about creating content that sparks curiosity, conversation, and co-creation, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging, Instagram-native content (Reels, Stories, Carousels) and YouTube Shorts that showcases the clients AI model in action.
- Act as our cultural compass, developing and executing a "reactive content" stream by creating quick-turn videos and posts that respond to emerging trends, memes, and viral formats in Germany.
- Ideate and produce content for our three key pillars: "Core Content" (daily helpful posts), "Highlight Content" (weekly shareable posts), and "Big Activations" (monthly cultural moments).
- Ensure every piece of content is authentic to Gen Z formats—"from chaos to aesthetic"—and resonates deeply with our target audience of German Gen Z and students.
- Collaborate with the core team to develop a weekly content plan informed by insights and trends.
- Create content designed to be "remixable, shareable, and saveable," with the goal of inspiring user-generated content (UGC) and community co-creation.
- Help manage and grow the clients Instagram channel, fostering a positive online community by engaging with followers.
About You

- A German Social Media Native: You are a native German speaker with flawless communication skills. You are deeply immersed in German Gen Z culture, digital trends, and internet humour.
- A Proven Creator: You have a strong portfolio of highly engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that demonstrates your creativity and technical skills.
- Culturally Plugged-In: You are based in Berlin and have your finger on the pulse of the creative scene. You know what's trending before it's trending.
Creative and Bold: You have a true "creator mindset" and are willing to be "bold, funny, weird, or surprisingly heartfelt" in your work. You're not here to make boring explainers; you're here to make the clients AI model feel magical.
Tech-Curious: You are excited by technology and open to experimenting with new AI tools to help people with their creativity, self-expression, and everyday productivity.
