We combine long-term strategic thinking, deep enterprise experience, and a human-centered approach to help clients transform business processes and dominate their industries.

About the Role

We are looking for an R2R Regional Lead based in Bogotá. You will report to local finance leadership and partner closely with Controllership teams to ensure that all deadlines are met in line with Group requirements. You will also act as R2R Global Process Owner (GPO), with a dual responsibility: driving global standardization and maintaining direct operational management for R2R activities within your assigned regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the R2R team operating on NetSuite OneWorld ERP to ensure timely completion of journal entries, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset accounting, in line with Group month-end and reporting requirements.
  • Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accounting entries are posted and approved in a timely manner by the R2R team.
  • Take full ownership of balance sheet accounts, perform analytical reviews, prepare and document month-end balance sheet specifications (reconciliations, GL account breakdowns, supporting documentation), and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.
  • Review revenue recognition (e.g. net revenue, WIP).
  • Lead monthly balance sheet review meetings to ensure integrity, accuracy, and timely resolution of aging items.
  • Support both external and internal audits, providing evidential support and following up on action plans in case of deficiencies.
  • Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations (VAT/GST), data protection laws, and internal controls.
  • Act as primary point of contact for local statutory audits.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus a fully qualified accounting designation (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, specifically leading an R2R team within corporate finance structures or multi-entity environments.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld, ideally including the Intercompany Management and Fixed Asset Management (FAM) modules.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data validation between NetSuite and external sources.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and multi-currency environments (FX revaluation and translation).
  • English level: C1
