Monks is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the dedicated lead on all regional productions for the SCJ Client team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing projects across multiple channels and platforms.

The Lowdown

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial client briefing through to completion.
• You will initiate new projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and by serving as the primary point of contact for incoming client briefs and proposals.
• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery, managing timelines, and exceeding client expectations by leading production efforts across different departments.
• You will be responsible for assembling the internal team and coordinating their efforts to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Scope definition, project quoting, and production planning will fall under your purview to ensure project profitability and feasibility.
• Meeting monthly and annual targets will be crucial to fostering long-term success and growth for all involved parties.

Requirements

• We are seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in managing regional productions, including digital ad campaigns, online videos, and live events, from proposal to final delivery.
• Integrated skills are essential, with a strong understanding of various production disciplines and techniques, particularly in the context of regional and localized production.
• The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in overseeing high-quality deliverables and a deep understanding of the creative production process.
• Experience in client engagement, business relationship management, and partnership development is crucial for this role.
• The ability to handle high-stakes accounts and propose strategic next steps from a technical perspective is required.
• A sharp comprehension of global brand objectives and the ability to quickly assess project challenges and goals are necessary for success in this role.
• An enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and industry trends is vital, as this knowledge will be instrumental in establishing realistic project costs and timelines.
• The ability to focus on long-term partnerships and client relationship development is a key attribute that we are looking for in a Regional Project Manager.
