About the Role

eComm Producers at NACB are key players who drive the production of eCommerce and Shopper assets and work closely with marketers and retailers. They own briefing, scheduling and QA for digital product imagery, A+ content, promotional tiles and storefronts, ensuring assets meet brand goals and retailer specs (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.). Client-facing and vendor-ready, they guide the internal production hub, manage end-to-end delivery, and handle retailer-specific formatting, metadata and uploads. Strong eComm know-how, attention to detail, and project management skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for eComm and Shopper projects with brand teams and retailers.
  • Advise on the best production approach for eCommerce assets (product pages, lifestyle images, hero banners, A+ content, PDP assets, storefronts, promotion creative, etc.).
  • Maintain regular client‑facing engagement to align on objectives, deliverables, and retailer requirements.
  • Set and communicate realistic timelines and milestones for eComm and Shopper deliverables.
  • Identify production needs (photography, retouching, formatting, copy, metadata, video edits) and scope work appropriately.
  • Book, brief, and guide the internal production hub and external vendors to ensure assets meet retailer technical specs, brand guidelines, and launch dates.
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end when needed, from brief through final delivery and QA.
  • Ensure final assets are formatted, named, and packaged to each retailer’s file and metadata requirements (size, crop, color profile, file type, naming conventions, alt text, GTIN/SKU mapping, etc.).
  • Coordinate upload or handoff processes with retailer platforms or internal eCommerce teams; validate assets post‑upload when required.
  • Troubleshoot asset issues, manage revisions, and keep stakeholders informed of impacts to scope or timing.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and asset libraries for future reuse.

About You

The essentials:

  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Shopper asset types and retailer specs (Amazon, Walmart, Target, regional retailers, eComm platforms).
  • Experience producing digital assets for product detail pages, listings, A+ / enhanced content, category pages, and promotional tiles.
  • Familiarity with retailer technical requirements: image dimensions, aspect ratios, file formats, color management, metadata, SEO-friendly copy, and upload processes.
  • Solid project management skills: scheduling, stakeholder management, scope control, and vendor coordination.
  • Client‑facing confidence and strong written/verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and experience with QA for digital and print Shopper assets.
  • Basic knowledge of creative production workflows (photography, retouch, video editing) and asset management systems.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects with varying complexity and volume.

  • Prior experience with major retailers’ content portals (Amazon Seller/ Vendor Central, Walmart Content Management, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics or CRO considerations for eComm imagery and copy.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Prior experience with major retailers’ content portals (Amazon Seller/ Vendor Central, Walmart Content Management, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics or CRO considerations for eComm imagery and copy.
