Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Quality Assurance Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for Salesforce CRM and related applications
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations
- Validate data integrity, workflows, process automations, and user interfaces
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and Salesforce admins to refine requirements and testing scope
- Maintain testing documentation and reports
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Salesforce testing, QA, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Salesforce Sandbox, Selenium, or other automation frameworks
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Testing certifications)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
