About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll drive successful software delivery by aligning execution with business objectives, ensuring projects are well-planned, risks are proactively managed, and resources are optimized. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering while providing clear visibility into delivery progress and financial performance to ensure outcomes meet both technical and commercial expectations. This is a contract role through the end of July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and release plans
• Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders)
• Ensure backlogs, tickets, and delivery artifacts remain current, actionable, and well-organized
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create contingency plans and escalate critical issues early
• Provide risk assessments and trade-off scenarios to support leadership decision-making
• Deliver clear status updates, dashboards, and reports tailored to technical and business audiences
• Track and report project financials (revenue, costs, margins) and monitor overall project financial health
• Support invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment between delivery milestones and commercial commitments
• Manage scope changes while protecting core project goals; balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical/software projects from initiation to delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and/or Smartsheet
• Strong financial acumen, including tracking margins, revenue, and project costs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across technical and business stakeholders
• English level: B2+
