About the role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hands-on Senior Producer to manage the end-to-end creation of bar-raising creative content for one of our major tech client's Global Studio team, in partnership with Monks. Working closely with the Executive Producer, this person owns project timelines and budgets in execution, serves as a primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal teams, and is the key project driver across creative, production, vendor, and partner teams. The role spans cross-channel creative and carries responsibility for print mechanical proofing, color management, and final approvals with suppliers and vendors.
Beyond delivering individual projects, this person owns the one of the main workstreams end to end, not just executing the work, but building up the workstream itself and partnering with the client's team in an embedded capacity, which is precisely where identifying and creating new tools and new ways of working comes to life.
Critically, this person is not only an excellent operator but an innovator: they are expected to create new ways of working and develop new tools, mechanisms, and solutions that raise the bar on how we deliver and ultimately best service our client's customer. The ideal candidate thrives in continuous planning and innovation, leads with confidence while respecting differing viewpoints, communicates expertly across all levels, and stays solutions-driven in the face of ambiguity.
