日本のクライアントとEMEA、北米、APACのプロダクションハブの間の重要な橋渡し役として、すべてのプロジェクトが日本的な精度、グローバル規模、最大効率で納品されるようにするのがあなたのミッションです。
業務内容
- 複数のグローバルオフィスを巻き込んだ、エンドツーエンドのプロダクションワークフローを管理
- プロジェクトに最適な社内チームを選定。ロサンゼルスの高品質CGIでも、シンガポールでのローカライズされたプラットフォーム開発でも、グローバルなタレントプールを効率的に活用
- 日本の職人品質の基準を満たしつつ、デジタルファーストエージェンシーとしてのスピードを維持する厳格なQCプロセスを実施
- バージョン管理、ローカライズ、アセット作成においてジェネレーティブAIを最大限活用するプロダクションパイプラインを構築・監督。スマートなテクノロジーで従来のオーバーヘッドを削減し、「効率性」を再定義
- リアルタイムレンダリング（Unreal Engine）やバーチャルフォトグラフィを含むプロジェクトをリード
- クリエイティブな目標と技術的実現可能性のギャップを埋め、AI生成コンテンツが法的、ブランド、技術的仕様を満たすように管理
- 東京のクライアントにとって信頼できるプロダクションパートナーとして、複雑なグローバルプロセスを理解しやすく説明し、透明性と信頼を構築
- 複雑な多通貨予算やSOW（作業範囲）を管理し、グローバル規模の活用でクライアントに最大の価値を提供
- 文化的誤解、タイムゾーンのギャップ、技術的障害など、問題が発生する前に予測して対応
応募要件
- 8年以上のプロダクション経験（エージェンシーまたはプロダクションハウス）。グローバルブランド向けの複雑で統合的なキャンペーンを成功裏に納品した実績があること
- 自動車業界向けプロダクション（CGI、権利処理・クリアランス、精密撮影）の経験は高く評価
- ネイティブレベルの日本語とプロフェッショナルな英語能力。英語で技術的なプロダクションコールをリードし、日本語でクライアントに状況報告ができること
- コーディングスキルは不要だが、AIツール、3Dパイプライン、CMSプラットフォームの仕組みを理解していること
- 複雑なプロジェクトの「グレーゾーン」で力を発揮できる。組織力が高く、プレッシャー下でも冷静、Monday.com、Asana、Jiraなどのツールを駆使できること
